Over the last few weeks, there has been so much ruckus, excitement, anger and opinions on an ongoing TV show in Nigeria - Big Brother. This weekend, one of the top contenders got herself disqualified and as you can imagine social media has been buzzing.

The world does not play fair, and will never play fair, this does not mean that you should lose sight of your goals or aspirations. One of my mentors told me something this morning that struck a chord -

"People will always talk, it is your actions that lends credibility to all that is being said"

How are you reacting to the curve balls life throws at you? How are you managing your emotions?

It doesn't matter what has been done or said to you, what matters is how well you manage your emotions and reactions to every situation per time.

Always remember this - You have the power! Use it always!
