Dear ,
I had an interesting conversation with my Whatsapp community yesterday night on "Value", and I thought to share with you all. (Reply this email if you will like to be part of this whatsapp community).
What exactly is "Value"?
Customer Value is the level of satisfaction of your customer towards your business or offerings. Value is defined by what the customer says it is, not as you define it.
To win over your customer the Intended Value must be = to Perceived Value. Value earns you the right for the Customer to speak about you.
For customers - The benefits gotten from using your product or services must outweigh the cost.
On a concluding note, do not compete only on price! If you try to compete on price alone with your competitors, you will most likely lose. Cost is certainly a factor for customers, but many people are willing to pay more when they can see the value and feel like they’re getting their money’s worth.
